This course will not only highlight the diverse applications and benefits of our offerings but also foster a deeper appreciation of customer needs and preferences.
KPI: The training resonated beyond the sales team, with non-client-facing employees actively participating due to its engaging and accessible format. Many reported gaining a clearer understanding of the company’s offerings and operations for the first time. As a result, the course became an integral part of the new hire onboarding program across departments, contributing to a company-wide alignment on customer-centric practices. Additionally, a significant increase in sales was observed, reflecting the positive impact of the training on employee knowledge and customer engagement.
